The BiondiHotel is a family business and consists of three modern buildings, two of them share the same garden terrace. We are in a perfect quiet location, 100 m from our private beach. The house is fully air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. In our lush garden are two pools. Our wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and fitness room is available to guests free of charge. (Massages on request). A fleet of bicycles is available free of charge.

The BiondiHotel has a private fenced car and bus parking lot. We are centrally located to markets and shopping streets, rich in boutiques, bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants.

The panoramic terrace with 3 floors on the top, is the jewel of the house, with a  360 ° view of the sea and the hills of San Marino.

Here we make our aperitif parties with cocktails and homemade snacks. We see the coast from Ravenna to Gabbice Mare, San Marino and the Apennines all the way to Tuscany.

Enjoy the local specialties of the house in our air-conditioned restaurant. We prepare a  rich breakfast buffet with freshly baked croissants, homemade cakes and pastries, sausage and ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurt and fresh fruits.

In the evening menu choice between three possibilitys in addition to the large salad, starters and vegetable buffet. All meat and fish specialties are of optimal quality, pasta is homemade, and our desert creations complete the lovely dinner.
